Covered Wagon Tours has offered unique Western Theme parties in the spirit of the "Old West" for the past twelve years. We provide your clients a portrayal of the old west as the early pioneers lived it in the 19th century. Experience a traditional, interesting and relaxed company gathering in a beautiful, one-of-a-kind desert setting.

Guests at our cowboy camp facility can enjoy western entertainment, cavalry re-enactors, western artifact displays, horseshoe pitching, blacksmith demonstration, old time boot hill replica, a live buffalo or several other optional party activities for a memorable corporate event. Line dancing or lively sing-alongs around the campfire are other activities we can arrange for your group.

The camp will accommodate groups in a covered area or you may be "under the stars" in a large outdoor area. Either way, your group is provided with a view of the entire Coachella Valley and Santa Rosa Mountains.

Covered Wagon Tours serves a delicious country western Bar-B-Q.  The cookouts may be customized to your specific group needs.

Expert naturalist guides narrate the covered wagon rides as you explore the desert and lush palm oasis.  Your covered wagons have padded seats, rubber tires and springs for a comfortable ride. The covered wagon rides can be modified to whatever length is appropriate for your group.

Our campsite is located just minutes from all area hotels and resorts, yet our tour site is isolated in a serene desert landscape with a mountain backdrop.
